Goldtatze products feature a well-thought-out modular design that can be expanded at any time. There are cat furniture options for floor, wall, and ceiling mounting. This allows for imaginative play paradises that are unique in their kind. Each piece of furniture is lovingly crafted to the highest quality. That's why we offer a five-year, no-questions-as-as guarantee on all wooden parts. We use only solvent-free materials that are safe for humans and animals. Goldtatze cat furniture is not only distinguished by its attractive design, but also by its extremely high durability and longevity.

Our wood:

To ensure maximum durability, we use birch plywood for the construction of our furniture. The wooden parts are up to 24 mm thick. The surface is sanded, and the edges are profiled and sanded. The wrapped sisal rods are made from solid beech roundwood. This creates a sophisticated feel that, thanks to its longevity, will provide you and your furry friends with long-lasting enjoyment.

Surface finishing

We deliberately use the word "finishing." The wooden surfaces are treated in your desired color with a high-quality wax/oil. The color is rubbed into the wood, and excess pigment is removed with a blade. This creates a very smooth surface, while the beautiful wood grain remains visible. This open-pored surface not only looks good, it also makes our furniture more resistant to dust, dirt, and moisture. Cleaning with a damp cloth is very easy.

This high-quality finish is genuinely handcrafted in-house. This allows us to respond very flexibly to your wishes. Of course, this finish is safe for humans and animals, as it contains no solvents. It's also used for children's toys.

sisal

Depending on the component, we use sisal in thicknesses of 8–10 mm. We source our sisal from a German rope mill that exclusively uses the exceptionally white agave fiber from Madagascar. The four-strand braided sisal rope is extremely durable and characterized by its natural scent.

The hammock

The double-stitched, circular hammock features four secure tabs, each equipped with five snap fasteners. This high-quality connection can withstand even the most boisterous roommates. Easy removal for cleaning and quick attachment are guaranteed.

Natural cotton:

This durable fabric can be cleaned at up to 60°.

The carpet overlay

This deep-pile rug leaves nothing to be desired. The pile is woven into an anti-slip backing and features a very tight mesh. Thanks to this high-quality workmanship, you will enjoy it for a very long time. All rugs are secured with snap fasteners, making them easy to remove for cleaning. Unlike conventional hook-and-loop fasteners, fastening with snap fasteners lasts many times longer.

Pickup point

Our Premium Line offers the option of using attachment points on the furniture. An attachment point (AP) is an extremely useful connection for our suspension bridges. This connection allows the suspension bridge to be directly connected to our loungers.

Mounting points are available for the following reclining panels:

  • Large lying surface with AP optionally at the front as a transition to the ceiling suspension bridge, on the right or left side as a transition to the wall suspension bridge or optionally at all 3 named places to open up the 3rd dimension for the velvet paw
  • On our wall shell optionally right and / or left as transition to the wall suspension bridge

Mounting kit

We provide you with the necessary mounting materials for wall and/or ceiling installation in professional quality. Our mounting materials are suitable for stone and concrete. If your ceilings and walls are made of a different material, please contact us. We would be happy to advise you. Of course, you can also mount our furniture on wood, drywall, and old walls.
